Appointment Policy
We value your time and appreciate your understanding.
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments.
If you anticipate a delay, please notify the clinic directly and speak to our client services team member as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances, however if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. A cancellation/no-show fee may apply in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure fairness for all our clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations.
- For appointments scheduled between Tuesday and Friday, please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation.
- For appointments scheduled on a Monday, please provide cancellation notice by 2:00 PM on the preceding Friday.
A cancellation fee of $100 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file for any appointments canceled with less than the required notice or for missed appointments. If no credit card is on file, the cancellation fee will be added to your account and must be paid before your next appointment.
In case of unforeseen emergencies, please contact our clinic directly to discuss the situation with our client services team member.

Pre-Booking Policy
To best support your treatment goals and ensure your preferred appointment times are available, we encourage pre-booking your next appointment(s) at the time of checkout.
Pre-booking offers several benefits, including:
- Guaranteed availability: Securing your spot in advance ensures you get the date/time that works best for you.
- Treatment consistency: For treatment series, pre-booking maintains a consistent treatment schedule for optimal results.
While we do offer a waitlist for last-minute openings, please note that availability cannot be guaranteed.

Final Sales Policy
At Ostara Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, we are committed to providing exceptional care and high-quality products.
Please note that due to the nature of our services and the personalized nature of aesthetic treatments, all sales are final. This includes:
- Products:
- No refunds are offered on any products purchased in-store or online.
- If you believe a product is defective, please contact our clinic directly and speak to our client services team member within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue. We will do our best to assist you with a resolution.
- Services:
- Refunds are not provided for any services rendered, including but not limited to, aesthetic treatments, consultations, and packages.
- Gift Cards:
- Both online and physical gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Health & Safety Policy: Animals

To maintain a safe, clean and hygienic environment for all, we kindly request that only service animals be brought into the clinic.

To ensure the highest level of infection control:
- Service animals must be well-groomed and free of excessive shedding.
- Owners of service animals are responsible for ensuring their animals do not pose a health or safety risk to other clients or Ostara team members.
